Once a solution has been decided on, it’s time to start working.  At the direction of HydrateLife, the community will provide the bulk of the labor needed on the project.  We will encourage everyone to take part in some way, helping to foster a sense of ownership throughout the community.

The community will complete as much of the labor as they can, however, some aspects of the project may require specialized equipment or knowledge.  In these instances we will work with local contractors to complete the task.
